Cheese is shipped FedEx. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package. Most shipments weigh less than 5 pounds and we will ship those anywhere within the Continental United States.
Delivery Times & Dates:
All orders will ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We offer either overnight or 2 day shipping options.
Delivery & Gift Shipment:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery. If in doubt, consider shipping to the recipient's place of business or calling the gift recipient in advance. The buyer may be responsible for the costs associated with any reshipping of gifts.
We recommend letting gift recipients know in advance that something perishable will be delivered. We pack our cheeses for maximum freshness and recommend that the cheese be refrigerated within a few hours of delivery.
A correct street address is essential - Shipper does not deliver to PO Boxes. Address corrections made after packages have been picked up by the shipper may result in extra charges to the buyer - $10 for the correction plus any transportation costs. These fees are charged to us by FedEx. Address corrections will also add at least one day to the delivery time and, during warm weather months, and may result in a compromised product.
The buyer will be emailed the tracking number of each package that is sent. We track all of our shipments throughout the day to confirm timely delivery. We are available to assist with tracking orders Monday through Friday 8 to 4:00 Pacific Time.
